i'm entirely glad that this week is coming to an end, i'm tired of being manager pro tempor and working the 5:30AM-1:30PM shift. each morning i went to Tim Hortons in canada to get donuts, and by midweek the customs officer letting me pass because he recognized me. ah-ha. i read an alright book though this week though, so that was nice.

tonight i'm going to the club in canada. which should be awful. all they ever play is like hips don't lie and other friggen latin crap. i told one of my friends that i'd be wearing my sweatband that says "I'm a member of God's team" and she is quitttteeee upset about this. oh. well.


i miss the ugly glowing star stickers that were in my old dorm room :(

i've been working at the gas station all week. favorite customer quote: "i'll have 10 dollars of regular...how much will that get me, 3 tablespoons?"

i finally fricken finished The Picture of Dorian Gray. good book, but i can't imagine how it could have helped get Oscar Wilde exiled. i'll have to read the un-edited version i guess. but yeah, i especially liked the part about how art can make horrible things beautiful, what a great lie.

god, since when did people start drifting in and out of my life faster than myspace top 8's change? not too thrilled.


another thing about work. for some reason there has been tons upon millions of people from quebec coming in. as result, i've been dreaming in french. ou la la.

i've decided to start using livejournal again, i'm not sure why, but i will be updating again. until it turns into a chore of course, and then i'll just abandon this spot once again.

last night i had my arm twisted by a mob of people begging me to drive their hairy asses to costigans, so that's what i will be doing tonight. i may or may not kill myself while i'm there, not sure yet.
what an awful club. the dance floor is smaller than my bedroom it feels like, the djs are like fans of the latin invasion, the crowd is like the acadian festival, and the bartenders are bitches. hey hey good times.

last night i had fun.
it was jessica's birthday bash and we all went to canada and ate pizza. nice nice.
afterwards we were suppose to go "Dawn of the Dead People aka Zombies who kill people during the day or something", but it wasn't playing :( so we stood outside of the theatre and decided what we were going to do. i just kinda stood around in the cold.
i saw allyson, then mark, and some other people we knew.
then they decided to all go the discotheque, aka Arcade 2000. i don't go there, so i called my brother to come get me, and asked jenna and adam to come wait with me at tim horton's. well first we went to a little convenient store and laughed at random things.
then we went to tim hortons and laughed at all the trailer trash people. the whole place was packed with them! ( pictures. )

last night, and all weekend i was working on my extra credit report/shoe box for english. i worked so hard on that baybee. i hope i get a good grade.
this morning was the first day of our MEA testing, and it wasn't that bad. me and heather were complain the whole time, it was fun. all the pencils had little army slogans on them, so me and heather were scratching them off, and adding t's to some of them so they'd read "Army national gaurd, you can'T". it was so funny.
anyway, this morning we had the english part to our tests. first we had to write about a door, and i kind of drifted off writing about this lawyer that hates his wife because she doesn't appreciate the smaller things, and she wants to be all modern and chic, so he leaves her. it sounds kinda dumb, but heather read it and said it was really good.
then we had to write about persuading our english teacher to let us watch a movie we liked. i wrote about the movie donnie darko, and how some of the scenes are kind of innappropriate, but if you are offended by them you don't see the bigger picture and you don't understand what the movie is really about.
and then i had to compare two characters from a movie or tv show. so i compared cherita from donnie darko to enid from ghost world, and that one turned out pretty good too.

in chemistry we did this thing with a key, it's confusing.
in math i was so tired, i just kinda doodled and did nothing.

bleh, my day was boring.

thursday at school was on of the most boring-est days of my life, ever.
in band class, those lame freshmen were making fun of me asking to buy drugs or whatever....stupid children.
then in english we did a million and 3/4ths essays.
and in chemistry half the class was gone because they were off being smart at an NHS convention thing, where all the smart people gather to amoungst their type of people, the smart ones that is, and they have fun and be smart together.

blah blah, study hall, high water wind pants, blah blah lunch, blah blah, computer applications class, blah blah, jessica telling on the molester, ahah, blah blah, go home, blah talk with rachel, blah blah, go eat dinner at pizza delight, blah blah, be bored, blah blah read a book, blah blah, go to bed.

OH! today my mom came in my room and said "you need to get a job by summer", and then she left........double-u.tee.eff. [wtf, get it?].

on monday i went to get my picture taken for my license. that DMV office is WICKED high tech, it's cool :)
we had to wait about 20 minutes before it was our turn. my license was expired, but the lady didn't care, and then she had me go take my picture. normally they take 2, and you decide which of the 2 you want. my first picture i blinked, the second one i was about to blink. so the very nice lady offered to take 2 more, on the third one i looked away from the camera, but the 4th one was perfect :D!
i hate cameras, haha.

the rest of this week i didn't do anything fun :(
my relatives came over, but they were kind of boring, so i won't write about them.

lala. boring week kinda. skiing was fun, but i think we can do better next year, boys got 3rd out of 17. the girls got 1st though, yaay.

thursday something in english class killed me. jessica was sleeping, and mrs. madore called on her, and mrs. got all pissed off and said "jessica that's not like you at all". i don't know i thought that was mean, kinda.

friday we had a bomb threat. kylie was flipping out, it wasn't even that big of a deal i think. after school i went to get my hair cut, it was about time because i was able to pull my hair over my eyes. after lenny's mom [haha] did her thing i went home to take a shower, then i went over to liz's house to 'help' paint the banner. the only only person that was actually working was myles, and angel was helping too.
randomly everyone started leaving, i think to go drink beer [ew], so i decided to leave too. i walked down to k-mart to pick up some hair dye, then i went to see my brother at the pharmacy and he brought me home.

yesterday nothing interesting happened at all, except i dyed my hair. it's nice i suppose, maybe i'll post pictures later.
today nothing happen either. oh well.

oh yes! it's winter carnival soon, the theme is hysterical history. i drew the banner design, it's okay, but i find it looks kind of cluttered. maybe we'll be able to fix that when we actually paint the thing. hopefully.
haha, our sculpture got rejected because one of the teachers said they didn't want to look out the window and have to see that, ha! it was a person picking their nose saying "gold diggers of 1849" hahaaaa. oh well.

skiing will be the death of me.
ski race today.
giant slalom: my first run out there, the biggest fall i have ever had, ever. i fell right on my hip, lost a ski, then slipped head first down at least 30 feet. i didn't know what to do first, but i knew i wanted to finish the course. so i popped out of the ski that i still had on, ran up the hill, got my other ski, threw it next to my other one. i put them back on, my helmet was all fucked up, but at least i finished, smiling mind you. my brother said it was one of the best falls he has seen. second run i did way better, but still, ended up in dead last LOL, i had the best fall of the day though.
slalom: man, the course was so icy, but i didn't fall. my first run was okay, my second run was better, but they fucked up my time, then fixed it. then i got my results, i placed 9th out of 60 something kids.

i have a major zit on my nose.
i miss seeing my friends.
god damn i don't want to read Brave New World.
i'm obsessed with the new blender we got, and making these strawberry drinks. they are so good though.
i miss not ever doing my homework and always copying other people's.

i'm going to have a huge bruise on my hip tomorrow, maybe if it gets blue/black/purple enough i'll take pictures :D!
